Overview
Meetings with partners to progress important projects, planning events, and talking to internal and external teams from across the business, including campaigns, legal, finance, creative, lounges, and everything in between! Being the link between our partners and the rest of the business, making decisions that are commercially best for both our business and our partners, and leveraging our partnerships to make the best experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
I had a lot of responsibility, managing accounts for multiple external partners and being accountable for the outcomes of my projects. i was given the support when needed, but encouraged to lead meetings and relationships myself.
Support & Guidance
Great support when i needed it, my placement manager and line manager were both always there if i needed help or support, whether it was work-related or pastoral, and supported me to go outside of my comfort zone and take ownership and accountability for what i worked on.
Culture
Company culture is amazing, I did a lot of shadowing and everyone across the business was willing to help and talk to me about their area and role, and show me what they did where appropriate. i had lot of support in teams i worked with and led from all over the business.
Your Impressions
I have absolutely loved my time at BA! I took ownership of huge deliverables, including American Express presents BST Festival, had the opportunity for duty travel, and got to support the business and team objectives, as well as see my tangible impact on the business
