Overview
In analytics you're working on the helpdesk, answering clients questions they have regarding the terminal. For this you get extensive training on the terminal half of the week for functions and anything else the terminal can do. For Sales, you have to do cold calls, calling clients telling them about new functions, booking meetings for account managers, that you sometimes get to attend.
Skills
Yes, I've developed my sales skills, gotten new technical skills in finance in general but mainly about the terminal.
Responsibilities
Yes, through cold calling and attending client visits, so you immediately have client interactions.
Support & Guidance
Very much support, through mentor programs, support from managers, and buddy programs. They all take time to guide you through the company and what you have to do. They also connect you with other people from the company, helping you grow your network.
Culture
It praises diversity and inclusion, so the whole atmoshpere is very inclusive in general.

I enjoyed it a lot, I think it's a great experience for everyone wanting to get into the finance industry.
