Overview
Mainly aiding audit readiness. Refining audit checklist, organising folders, communicating with other team members regarding specific processes where clarification is needed. Organising meetings with senior management and regulatory controls. Taking minutes if appropriate meetings, noting observations and queries. Creating a plan of action for gaps. Ammending and adding detail to SOPs and working documents for clarification.

Responsibilities
Yes, initiating audit processes since 4 years ago with no current team members having experience of that.

Really positive and vibrant, very friendly and all were willing to go for coffee catchups and lunch. Inclusion into firmwide support groups and events.
