Overview
Cloud productivity engineering. Developing tools to improve efficiency of other engineers. Also involved in backend engineering developing Api services
Skills
Developed lots of soft skills surrounding software development such as agile. Technical skills: AWS, Java, Javascript, python and more
Responsibilities
I was given Important but not urgent tasks, meaning they still had a strong business impact.
Support & Guidance
I had support from everyone around me and capital one definitely fosters a collaborative culture which was very helpful for my development.
Culture
Very good culture that everyone in the company seems to adhere to. No one acts with a superiority complex and everyone is there to help.
