Overview
My role was a Web Developer. On a day to day basis I led stand ups, picked up Jira Tickets, Reviewed PRs and programmed.
Skills
I learnt React, Typescript, Playwright, Cypress, Mocking and Agile Development
Responsibilities
Yes there was a lot of responsibility given to us from day one as our projects were going into production and was going to be used by real customers
Support & Guidance
The support structure is very good, where they pair interns and associates with mentors and buddies to help ease us into the ways of working as well as have someone to go to when facing any blockers.
Culture
The atmosphere was very relaxed and professional. It was a nice space to work and learn and everyone was so happy to help

Yes
Prepare your technical skills for the interviews but don’t worry too much about your technical level before joining. The environment is very supportive and everyone wants you to grow.
