Yes, given lots of ownership over the project and felt like I could take it in the way I saw fit.

Had a buddy, mentor, manager who were all very invested in my development. Also the team as a whole provided feedback and useful help.
Culture
The people at Capital One are a great group who are all looking out for the development of each other. The culture was great and I enjoyed coming in to work every day.
