    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • During my 12-week internship with Cisco, I was assigned to the Global Field Marketing team. Here, I focused on audience acquisition and executive intelligence, where I researched and analyzed key data points to enhance our engagement strategies with top-tier customers. I collaborated closely with the Sales Teams and Field Marketing Managers to identify best practices for C-Level engagement, contributing actionable recommendations for improving our approach to targeting executives. Additionally, I participated in a cross-functional group project with fellow interns aimed at optimising key marketing vehicles to drive pipeline which concluded with a live presentation on Cisco TV, showcasing our data driven findings, insights and recommendations. Beyond my core responsibilities, I took advantage of numerous personal development opportunities, such as networking events, volunteering, and engaging in stretched projects outside my immediate team, further broadening my experience and skillset in B2B marketing and global marketing strategies.
