    • Working on HS2 - Completing tasks on Civil 3D and ProjectWise Collaborating with summer intern group on video and presentation for senior Arcadis professionals Panel Excel Skills - SEQS data shorting and update Networking - HS2 events, or meeting with regional directors or technical directors on good design approaches

    • Interpersonal skills - Communication skills improve greatly through consistent networking with professionals and confidently delivery presentations to senior professionals including managing directors. Technical Skills - Learnt and trained thoroughly on Civil 3D (CAD Software), ProjectWise and developed skills on excel

    • Quite a lot of responsibility when it came to the group intern project on good design - we were allowed to take our own approach

    • Thorough mentorship and guidance from line-managers. Consistent support from technical directors and regional directors for summer intern project. Great amount of support and guidance led to a smooth transition in workplace

    • Definitely have witnessed and experienced 'people first' culture at Arcadis. Regardless of job rank, everyone has been very willing to help and provide further opportunities!
