Overview
Attending meetings to learn about the different projects going on in the business. Calling and contacting external and internal stakeholders including councils and housing associations. Collating research onto Miro boards and making presentations to show to line manager and Exec.
Skills
Developed communication, presentation and Microsoft Office skills. Learnt how to use Miro.
Responsibilities
I had complete control of a project that required contacting lots of housing associations. The work will have a great impact on customers that live in social housing.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support from both my direct line manager, team members and the HR early careers lead
Culture
There is a wonderful culture at MO. Everyone is very friendly and open to support one another
