Overview
I answer phone calls and emails from existing Microsoft resellers - this involves providing and advising quotes, and assisting with license and subscription management.
Skills
I have been learning Microsoft Excel, and I have developed my customer relations skills, my email writing skills, and have further developed existing transferrable skills (e.g. communication, team work)
Responsibilities
I have been given similar responsibility to permanent employees of the same role.
Support & Guidance
A lot - my manager had a 4 week training plan ready, I have a direct training contact, and every team member has been willing and open to help when asked.
