  • We are on the phones to customers solving queries with our knowledge on the vast environment of Microsoft. Also solving queries on email as well.

  • I have developed my organisational, profesional, communication, problem solving and also developing my application of excel further. I learnt how to deal with a high pressure and deliver as well, learnt how to use the resources around me to the maximum potential in order to answer a query

  • Yes given a lot of responsibility, treated as an equal member of team. It’s a lot of responsibilities but it is not overwhelming, plus the team is also there to support you and your growth.

  • We had a lot of support and guidance we had one person dedicated to our training and once we finished the whole team was helpful wether it was teaching us directing us to the right person or nudging us towards the right answer

  • I really enjoyed it, was able to take a lot from it. I was able to meet lots of incredible people and learn about there stories and there insights, I was able to do a lot of work and gain invaluable experience from it
