Overview
My day to day responsibilities included supporting Account Managers in ensuring their brands were best-in-class on TikTok Shop, offering insights and optimisation strategies to enhance their performance. I worked with the Creators Managers to assist with creator development by owning daily operational tasks, including data analysis and creator matchmaking, to drive meaningful partnerships between brands and creators. I owned the product communication strategy to creators, ensuring they were informed about product launches, campaigns, and opportunities. Additionally, I supported brands with creator community management and engagement activations. I collaborated with both internal and external partners to identify new fashion creators and increase content opportunities for brands, ensuring a diverse and growing creator network. I assisted with planning events for brands, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of events and activations. I helped with live video shoots, supporting filming and ensuring that all content aligned with brand messaging and objectives. I managed the distribution of newsletters to creators and internal employees, sharing updates on TikTok shop deals, trends and other relevant news.
Skills
I have significantly developed my skills in strategic thinking, gaining a deeper understanding of the rationale behind key business decisions. By working closely with account managers, creators, and internal teams, I learned how to assess market trends, brand performance, and consumer behavior, which helped me contribute meaningfully to decision-making processes. My exposure to a variety of operational and analytical tools has also sharpened my business acumen. Additionally, I’ve gained confidence in sharing my ideas and insights as my team were so welcoming & friendly.

Yes I was given a lot of responsibility as I was given tasks that I owned and from the beginning I was thrown right into the deep end with jobs.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot. The early careers team put on lots of sessions for all the interns & my manager also provided a lot of support along with my buddy.
Culture
Everyone seemed really friendly and lovely & there was a good atmosphere in the office with its going on. However, overall culture seemed stressful & intense as there seemed to be a lot of pressure on employees from leadership.

I loved my internship! It was a great experience that really helped me learn and I met some amazing people
Yes
Just be yourself :) also be prepared to be in the office 5 days a week which can be annoying but lots of great opportunities & I found it was easier to make strong connections with colleagues.
