Overview
I mainly worked on a project over the 6 weeks which required me to communicate with internal as well as external stakeholders to gather the necessary details I needed for my presentation at the end of my internship.
Skills
Definitely developed my communication skills with people especially In a more professional setting. I was also able to learn a few japanese terms as well as a method to manage any of my future projects - this is referred to as PDCA. Lastly I was able to learn how to improve my visualisations for presentations through the use of powerpoint.
Responsibilities
Yes I was. the project I was working on was part of a problem the company was already starting to solve so my findings played a huge part with the direction they are now aiming to work towards to solve the gap that I discovered.
Support & Guidance
I had a really good support system , from my manager to the members of my team not forgetting my fellow interns.
Culture
Everyone was truly friendly and genuine with their intention to see me grow and make the most out of my time when I was there.
Your Impressions
I genuinely enjoyed my internship. They set a really high standard of the environment id wish to work in in my future career.
Yes
Don't worry about not knowing anything about cars!! go for the experience cause I truly enjoyed it. I still don't care for cars but id go back to working there because of the culture that I was exposed to.
