Overview
While rotating around multiple teams, assisting in day-to-day activities and improvements, as well as having a larger project deliverable lasting throughout the entire rotation for a given team. Treated as a full-time employee but with an assigned mentor for every team as the first point of contact in case any issues cropped up that needed to be addressed.
Skills
Would honestly way I learned more applicable skills and technologies during the placement than I have during the duration of my previous studies. Massively improved upon existing skills, and always felt challenged but supported through the placement.
Responsibilities
Treated as part of team, so given the same amount of responsibility. Was allowed to make changes that I wasn't necessarily assigned to improve upon existing codebases and felt unrestricted.
Support & Guidance
The assigned mentors throughout the placement were very helpful with getting me up to speed and helping me with issues I ran into due to a lack of knowledge. Training was also readily available if ever needed.
Culture
Great and friendly culture, surrounded by hard-working smart people. Lots of company perks in addition to this too.

People in the interview process are very friendly and approachable, don't be afraid to ask questions about anything you're unsure of. Be prepared to be challenged.
