    • Yes - immediately treated as a valued member of the team and within a handful of weeks you are efficiently assisting the team in daily tasks Opportunities to lead/run meetings, give presentations and take part in project work (both company wide projects and smaller team projects)

    • Results oriented Strong accountability but flexible Given freedom to explore other company teams/departments to develop company/industry awareness - everyone very friendly Lots of full-time employees went through the graduate/placement programmes so they have a good understanding on what is wanted/needed Frequent trainings available on different topics allowing for personal development
