Overview
Structures- Use data from models to perform structural analysis on parts of an airframe as well as joint analysis. Involved working closely with design team to achieve optimal sizing
Skills
Learn general engineering process from requirements to delivery Team based working Organising work schedule independently to achieve delivery Microsoft skills
Responsibilities
Responsibility was very much dictated by your own ability to find work and deliver on it. I found myself taking on as much responsibility as possible and felt as if I was contributing real solutions to problems
Support & Guidance
My team were phenomenal in helping me. No question was ever stupid or not worth the time
Culture
Relaxed when it needed to be while still giving the impression that work needed to be done. Made for a healthy attitude towards work

Engineers are more than just calculations and technical skills. You need to be able to work effectively with other people and have conversations that will challenge your ability to see other perspectives
