    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I recieved support from my managers however there was no induction process for me. There is no induction for HR interns, only what your handover provides. Personally I did not receive any support in comparison to other HR interns who had a great previous intern to support them. I started Siemens at a disadvantage to my peers

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Overall very supportive and welcoming. Whenever I needed help my colleagues were always there. I wish there was more effort on disability inclusion
