Yes, I was trusted from day one with high profile projects and tasks
Support & Guidance
I recieved support from my managers however there was no induction process for me. There is no induction for HR interns, only what your handover provides. Personally I did not receive any support in comparison to other HR interns who had a great previous intern to support them. I started Siemens at a disadvantage to my peers
Culture
Overall very supportive and welcoming. Whenever I needed help my colleagues were always there. I wish there was more effort on disability inclusion

It was amazing and really boosted my personal confidence. It allowed me to explore other career pathways I did not know was possible
