Overview
It varies a lot depending on the team you’re in and the work they have going on at that time. There is always a lot to get involved in but sometimes you do have to find the work yourself. I worked on projects and presentations.

Did enjoy it a lot and found it gibes a really good insight into the role. One standout point in barclays compliance is that it encompasses financial crime so if your interests lie in that area you can explore that too

Make sure you know the company values. If you're not certain about which area of the bank you're interested in don't worry because internal mobility is very strong
