  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • The role of Recruitment Consultant focused on bringing suitable candidates to market, generating sales leads, and developing industry and market expertise. This knowledge was gained through continual learning and development. • Marketing roles by creating bespoke job advertisements to engage relevant candidates, also using marketing skills to proactively market candidates and send wider marketing emails to both candidates and clients which has given me valuable real-life practice of using a variety of marketing techniques and skills. • Managing both candidate and client expectations and delivering solutions to problems such as market rates, market conditions etc. • This role requires strong organisational skills and time management, monitored through KPI’s and fee targets each financial year. • A data-driven mindset is an important aspect of the role as we utilise OneTouch, SalesPlanner, and other systems to build a network of candidates and key contacts, tracking activity and for marketing purposes. • Providing excellent customer service at all times • Working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment to present a volume of high-quality CVS for multiple roles to clients within 24-48 hours. • Building strong rapports with candidates • Effectively determinate suitability of candidates’ skills from job specifications
