Overview
Provide support with tasks like editing materials, taking interview notes, and making PowerPoints. Assist with finding, qualifying, and managing seller leads using data. Help create seller showcases by selecting sellers, tracking performance, and making reports. Support sellers through emails, calls, events, and help with daily operations and data analysis. Assist with market research and provide insights for business strategies. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Skills
I developed strong administrative skills, including editing materials, taking detailed notes, and creating presentations. I also improved my ability to support the team through various channels such as emails, phone calls, and events, while analysing data to drive performance. My research skills were strengthened as I gathered market insights to inform business strategies. Overall, I enhanced my ability to multitask and manage various administrative tasks efficiently, contributing to the team's overall success.

Yes, over time I was given more responsibility. As I became more familiar with the tasks, I was trusted with more complex work, such as managing lead generation processes and handling larger portions of data analysis.
