Overview
A combination of meetings both internally and externally as well as independent project work. There are opportunities to work with other teams on other projects as well.

Responsibilities
Yes I was given opportunities to lead business unit wide meetings, organise UK wide internal events, communicate with external vendors. Had key roles on group projects as well as opportunities to have individual projects
Support & Guidance
A lot we had 2 weeks on onboarding with a lot of general Pfizer practices, then you get individual job role specific training modules to complete, as well as a lot of support from your team

very much. I would highly recommend, such a lovely company to work for which you can tell by the number of employees who have stayed within Pfizer for many years
Yes
Do your research into the company and their values and see if they align with yours. Be flexible especially with placement application, I know a lot of people who applied for one role and were recommended for other departments where they then received a job offer
