Overview
- Providing technical support via phone and email to global customers, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues across the entire Cisco Meraki product line - Performing in-depth analysis of technical issues by utilizing tools like Wireshark to analyze network traffic and diagnose complex connectivity and performance problems - Collaborating with other teams and team members - Developing a dedicated internship project

Responsibilities
Working with clients and solving network issues during business hours was a big responsibility, however, we always had someone willing to help

We received a very extensive technical and soft skills training as well as support on an ongoing basis throughout the internship
