Overview
- Worked within a project team to develop a proof of concept - Daily standups to discuss work and blockers - Demos and presentation to senior management - Lots of opportunity for teamwork and innovation

- Learned a lot about using React for front end development - Learned how to use agile development processes

Yes, I got to put forward a lot of my own ideas as the project I worked on was driven by us interns working on it.

There was a good support network in place, including my manager, buddy, and the undergraduate lead

Company culture was healthy, lots of opportunity to socialise and it never felt hostile or aggressive
