Responsibilities
During my placement, I consistently contributed to idea generation. My manager understood the value of incorporating the perspectives of a young person. I was responsible for managing my own workload and creating new tasks for both myself and my team.
Support & Guidance
There is a lot of support available, and no matter what your job title is or how experienced you are, everyone is approachable and happy to help. The workplace has a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, where people are always willing to share their knowledge or offer guidance. This creates an inclusive environment where asking questions and seeking assistance feel comfortable, and everyone works together to achieve common goals.
Culture
The company culture was very supportive and inclusive. There was a strong sense of teamwork, where everyone, regardless of their role, was approachable and willing to offer help. The atmosphere was positive and collaborative, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing. It felt like a place where individual contributions were valued, and there was a genuine emphasis on learning and growth. The friendly environment made it easy to connect with colleagues, and there was a clear focus on working together towards shared objectives. Overall, it was a welcoming and encouraging place to work.

I greatly enjoyed my employment because it was a worthwhile and fulfilling experience. I was given the ability to own my job, contribute ideas, and control my workload, which instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy. The supportive and pleasant environment made it simple to integrate into the team, and I enjoyed how eager everyone was to collaborate and learn. Working on relevant projects allowed me to enhance my skills, which made the experience both exciting and gratifying.
