Overview
Work within one of the residential valuation team. Conducting market research and property specific research, analysing data, presenting an intern project, helping the team anyway you can.
Skills
Verbal and communication skills, analytical skills, detail orientated mindset, accuracy, time management
Responsibilities
Not at the start as expected, but after showing you are a competent worker you get given more and more
Support & Guidance
There were good support systems. There was a supervisor who gave you the work, a buddy who was a graduate and a helpful HR team
Culture
Good professional environment, if you asked to go for a coffee with someone they were more than happy to help

I had an enjoyable time and met some great people, the work I was doing was not for me personally but valuable experience nonetheless
