Overview
Weekly tasks were set by my project manager, aligned with what the team were working on. I had online and in-person meetings 3 times a week, and I often spent time in calls with remote / other location-based employees, as well as conversations with those in the office who offered me technical support and guidance.
Skills
In terms of technical skills I furthered my programming skills, as well as discovering and using multiple new pieces of software. I developed a lot of soft skills like communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility, and did a lot of independent work. Support was always available, and my work was checked over.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance from the team, and from other people within the company (e.g. IT). Everyone was reachable both in person, and via teams/email, and replies to my queries were answered within a short time frame.
Culture
It was welcoming and friendly, everyone was very patience and helpful. Could not find a better team.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship.
