The Role
It was an absolutely amazing year, I've learnt so much and had so many opportunities to improve my skillset
I had the best team ever. My manager and most of the guys in my team became my friends, I could share with them all my thoughts and how I felt about work and in general. It really helped me to stay motivated!
I had a mentor from my team who I was having catch up meetings with every Friday: we built plans for a week and then would go over how much I've done and where I struggled in the next meeting. I It was extremely helpful. I also had catch up meetings with my manager every two weeks, where we tracked my progress and identified new projects I could get involved in.
There were days where I was extremely busy but I never felt overloaded or bored. Always things to do and they are always very exciting and useful.
I had a chance to drive key engagements with CxO level stakeholders from enterprise customers. I organised a lot of events to support the team with their commitments.
My CV looks absolutely great now, I had an opportunity to get involved in so many projects this year. I have improved my confidence, presentation, time management, leadership, team, peoples skills. It will be so much easier to study at uni
