Overview
I assisted in troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure. My responsibilities include resolving connectivity issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring network performance and security. This role allowed me to develop hands-on skills in networking technologies and best practices.
Skills
This role allowed me to develop hands-on skills in networking technologies and best practices as well as skills such as communication, time management, organizational skills and so on.
Responsibilities
We were indeed responsible but, because our mentors and colleagues helped us when we were in need, the pressure was not high

During the whole internship, the team was amazing and very hepful.
