    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • · Core responsibilities overseen: o Formatting and catering CVs for candidates to increase job suitability by 75% on average o Managing candidate relations through the recruitment process through a self-developed 5 touch-point system o Stakeholder and client management at all levels and handling necessary liaison, from support staff to executive level · Marketing via different communication channels and social media to attract new business, most notably a £10,000 fee associated with the incorporation of an Executive Assistant for a new client, as well as the subsequent fees from the companies’ onboarding and further placements.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • Confidence had grown massively throughout the Internship. Networking skill are something that has improved and continues to aid me. The overall placement allows you to oversee different business and functions giving you an all around better understanding of how businesses function on the day to day.

  • I was given a lot of responsibility - leading projects and being in charge of the desks when managers were on annual leave.

  • I was given so much support by my manager but also everyone else in the office really wanted me to succeed which motivated me to thrive.
