  • • Identifying and attracting suitable candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and databases. • Conducting initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements. • Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. • Maintaining and updating the database of candidates and clients, ensuring all information is accurate and current. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives. • Writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates. • Managing negotiations between clients and candidates regarding job offers, salaries, benefits, and other terms. • Providing guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, from job descriptions to onboarding • Researching industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitors to provide insights to clients and candidates. • Attending industry events, and networking functions to expand professional candidate and client networks

  • Be prepared to jump into the deep end. You will run your own desk and be expected to hit targets. When applying have a good understanding of what recruitment is and if sales is for you.
