Overview
Speaking with clients and candidates daily relating to job vacancies within some of the largest corporations world wide. Souring appropriate individuals and working with them to prepare for interviews and give them the best chance at a successful application. Meeting Clients for briefings to best understand their needs and wants through the process

Responsibilities
We were treated as full time qualified employees so given maximum responsibility. I managed clients independently and successfully aided candidates throughout processes.
Support & Guidance
The support and guidance is excellent. You’re involved in training programmes throughout and are heavily monitored by both Managers and Directors. You will be put on projects and monitored on your development.
Culture
The company culture is great. Everyone is supportive of your successes and will encourage you to push yourself and work hard. It’s a very social company and they encourage a friendly and exciting vibe throughout your work week.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement and wouldn’t change anything about my year at Hays. I would highly recommend it to anyone
