Overview
My role would include sourcing new postions from clients and then finding the best talent for those roles. I would be finding temp workers who were normally looking for short term postions. My roles would normally pay anything from 12 pound per hour to 18 pound per hour. I would be recruiting for receptionist all the way to office manager level
Skills
Confidence Leadership Time management Negotiation techniques Team work and collaboration
Responsibilities
I was given just as much responsibility as a normal full time employee. This role you are chucked into the deep end which is great as you learn quicker and actually contribute to the team
Support & Guidance
1-1 manager meetings once a month with a team meeting every Friday to celebrate success
Culture
Culture was very good very close between the team and different departments
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my year and would highly recommend! But you would have to be aware that this year wouldn't be a doss year it would be hard work
Yes
Either in the interview or even during your day to day always be listing to the other person more than you are talking that way you can pick up on what they want and the buying signals to move forward
