Overview
Based in the End of Tenancy Team, handling the tenancy during its final stages. This involved handling deposits, managing client relationships and serving notices on behalf of landlords.
Skills
Developed interpersonal, communication, presentation, IT, excel, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given responsibility for tasks and projects and handled my own clients and tenants.
Support & Guidance
The team provided great support and were always willing to help and answer my questions. I learnt a vast amount from them and other people at the company.
Culture
Culture and environment was great! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Employees had positive attitudes and enjoyed working there
