Overview
Each day was very different! For the first week we participated in a range of workshops, where we were taught lots of skills related to the legal industry. We also had CMS specific workshops where we learned about the firm. For the second week we shadowed a trainee. I accompanied her to training, helped her with tasks and learned about what a trainee does day-to-day
Skills
My commercial awareness was greatly improved, as this was one of the workshops we did.

It was really exciting, and made me look forward to a career in law!
Culture
The culture was great! Everyone was very friendly and looked out for us.
