  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I support the Co-op's Sustainability Team. I'm based in the Sustainable Sourcing and International Development team so my day-to-day might include - Fairtrade, working on our sustainable sourcing strategy, annual reporting, events organisation, programmes support. Lots of variety each day.
