Overview
I support the Co-op's Sustainability Team. I'm based in the Sustainable Sourcing and International Development team so my day-to-day might include - Fairtrade, working on our sustainable sourcing strategy, annual reporting, events organisation, programmes support. Lots of variety each day.
Skills
Developed so many new and existing skills - communication, networking, confidence, presenting skills, data handling and digital skills, event organisation, teamwork.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility, and given projects that I could really take ownership of.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support should I need it. Weekly 1-1s and check-ins, regular team catch-ups, coaching, professional development opportunities, support to explore teams outside my own
Culture
The Co-op's culture is incredible - welcoming, inclusive, friendly, fun, light-hearded, hardworking, passionate, values-driven
