Overview
Volunteer coordination, events management and work experience coordination
Skills
I have developed my confidence and public speaking skills throughout this last year, as well as always being open minded to try new things.
Responsibilities
From day one, I was handed responsibilities and treated like a valued member of the team.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance from my line manager and my team throughout this year. I had a great relationship with my team, which meant i was always able to ask for support and guidance whenever i needed.
Culture
Everyone is very friendly and inclusive at Siemens, which made my year enjoyable and I always felt like there were people around to chat too.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my internship and the different opportunities I was able to get involved with. My team was great and there were lots of networking opportunities to get involved with. My only issue, was the lack of intern trainings provided which were appropriate for us. We didn't have too many planned 'intern' trainings, however there were plenty to get involved in on the internal learning platform to make up for it.
