The Role
I have throughly enjoyed my time at Cummins. I have learnt so much in a short amount of time, it has improved my confidence greatly.
Great I was involved in numerous projects and consulted with for my thoughts on the matter in question.
My manager has always been supportive over me offering guidance and advice whilst allowing me to work on my own initative.
I have always had a steady work load. Some time the day can go slow and some days it goes fast, usually the latter.
A lot, It has been very enthralling even managing my own supplier accounts at the end of the placement.
A great deal, I have learnt so much
The Company
Moderate a laugh at times but serious also. A good balance
Very well, good structure and training.
A lot they are very keen to retain placements and ensure they come back as graduates.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Great definitely interested in securing a graduate job
The Culture
It was good we often went out as a group especially at the start.
Stamford is a rather affluent area as such it can be expensive at times.
Standard for a small town
Yes we have alot of affinity groups who are keen to get employees involved
