Overview
Working on ongoing projects or strategic initiatives in alignment with Board and Management Committee cadences. Collaborate with Director of Strategy on ad-hoc items. Conduct working sessions with members of the business (e.g., Operations, Finance).
Skills
Developed existing stills around information organization/ presentations and executive communications. Further developed ability to independently define work product. Acquired new skills around stakeholder management from exposure to senior leadership. Also gained perspective of end-to-end organization from central view and learned about the industry & automotive in general.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a specific strategic project to complete and was able to come with my own perspectives. I worked with members of Operations to build out this project’s contents
