Overview
I worked with the acquisition lending team on a project to optimize the Upmarket second card strategy.
Skills
Developed technical skills including SQL, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a range of transferable skills from critically assessing data to presenting.
Responsibilities
Each intern were given a project that was important to the business but not urgent, so it felt like I was making a real impact to the team I worked with.
Support & Guidance
Everyone was super supportive and open to answering any questions I had. I also had a mentor and buddy to guide me through my internship in addition to my manager.
Culture
Everyone is super nice, friendly to talk to and happy to help whenever I had questions
