Overview
The insight day provided a range of opportunities including: - Learning about MUFG as a company such as their mission and values, organisational culture and different roles available within the company. - Gaining insights into the recruitment process and tips on how to stand out. - Networking in panel discussions and breakrooms with opportunities to ask questions.
Skills
- I developed my commercial awareness by learning about different roles within investment banking and how they fit into the wider company. - I developed my networking and communication skills through networking sessions.
Business Insight
I found it interesting to find out about various roles within the business and the presentation that provided an overview of MUFG was very useful.
Culture
As this insight day was only for a few hours, I didn't experience much company culture but everyone seemed friendly and all the employees said they enjoy working at MUFG.
