Overview
• Responsibility for UK theatrical operations for all Warner Bros. new releases and back catalogue, as well as other essential tasks in relation to global theatrical operations. • Liaised with Content Creative Services vendors – for dubbing, translating, subtitling, accessibility, censorship and other materials’ creation. • Tracked release dates as well as planned and monitored element creation schedules to key dates in WBD internal systems. • Independently analysed large data sets to identify and implement a cost/time-saving initiative across five selected EMEA territories. My analysis led to efficiency gains by internalising previously vendor-provided customer care. • Created Purchase Orders in the Content Creative Services ordering system.
