Overview
My role is basic to support the home manager. I make sure feeding of the residents, activities, rendering of care, laundry, housekeeping and other support services are run effectively and efficiently. For the purpose and experience, I spend time in different departments each week to enable me understand how best they can be run on day to day basis.

Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills and was also able to apply what I learnt in school at work
Responsibilities
Yes a lot more f responsibilities. For instance, updating of the Ecare (Person Centred care app) and staff competence forms.
Support & Guidance
The Home Manager devoured her time to put me through valuable lessons and took that will help me become a sound Healthcare Manger.
Culture
