The Role
Was really good to start but was repetitive by the end
I felt included by most, but a few made me feel like an outsider.
My manager provided lots of help and seemed personally interested in me.
Always had enough but not too much.
I had reasonable responsibility, most work was with another member of staff
It was a reasonable experience of working in IT
The Company
Fun and chatty whilst still getting the work done
Well organized with good planning
Spent time and money showing me interesting things.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
Wasn't that keen on a job there.
The Culture
Very little activities done outside of work
Was affordable but not what i would call cheap
A few clubs around
No social events arranged for after work
