Overview
We had a really interactive session where we all worked on a case study. We were also given insightful talks by members of Deloitte which was very reassuring- not only about how great the company is but also the ability to grow your knowledge despite not having an economics/accounting and finance background.
Skills
Definitely! During our presentation talk we were told about the important of the 5Cs which stood out to me.
Business Insight
Very interesting. I loved how each speaker emphasised the ability to have a good social life along with working really hard within the company.
Culture
Really great. The directors of the programme were so lovely and energised which kept me really attentive.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot. They spoke about many different things such as their networks, day in a life, how they help clients and we had speakers who were audit and tax partners
Yes
Definitely don't be shy to ask questions they reassure you so much letting you know that there's no such thing as a silly question. Also take notes of what you found interesting
