  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • EVERYONE YOU WORK IS IS GREAT LAUGH, VERY SUPPORTIVE AND MOTIVATED. HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD AND HAVE ALOT OF DETERMINATION.

    • EVERYONE EXCEPTS YOU FROM DAY ONE, YOU ARE NOT MADE TO FEEL LIKE A PLACEMENT STUDENT BUT A VALUABLE MEMBER OF THE TEAM

    • EACH AND EVERY MANAGER IS WILLING TO GIVE YOU ADVICE AND SUPPORT. WHENEVER YOU FEEL STUCK OR HAVE A PROBLEM THERE WAS ALWAYS SEVERAL PEOPLE I COULD REACH OUT TO.

    • BUSY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT BUT THIS WAS A POSSITIVE THING, IT MADE THE DAY GO MUCH QUICKER AND ENABLED YOU TO LEARN QUICKLY AND AT A FAST PACE.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • WHERE SHOWED THE BUSINESS ACCOUNTS FROM THE START, GIVEN THE REPONSIBILITY TO RUN THE OFFICE FOR A FEW DAYS WAS TRUELY GIVEN THE SAME RESPONSIBILTY AS A FULL TIME EMLOYEE WHICH WAS GREAT. NOT MANY COMPANIES WOULD TRUST A PLACEMENT STUDENT TO CONTROL THEIR ASSETS.

    • HAVE SEVERAL TRAINING SESSIONS THROUGHOUT THE PLACEMENT AND ALSO ON A REGULAR BASIS ARE SAT DOWN WITH MANAGEMENT AND GIVEN ON THE JOB TRAINING.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • MANY OTHER PLACEMENT STUDENTS, I STARTED WITH 16 IN MY TRAINGING GROUP, WE WERE ALL PUT IN A HOTELL FOR A WEEK DURING TRAINING TO BOND ETC. STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ALL WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. ALSO MEET MANY MORE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AS ALL BRANCHES ARE CLOSELY INTERLINKED
