Overview
The insight involved a variety of different sessions, including information and upskilling sessions, talks and q&a’s with current Deloitte employees and Senior team members and a hands-on case study experience involving being grouped into teams working on presenting solutions to a case study to senior Deloitte employees.
Skills
Yes, I have learnt multiple new skills and developed existing ones as the sessions were aimed in doing this. Some skills included: issue-based problem solving, understanding clients and providing efficient solutions and presenting with confidence.
Business Insight
It was very insightful as this will help me in making an informed decision in the future in regards to applying for certain roles.
Culture
The company culture and atmosphere was incredibly diverse, inclusive and motivational and this was made very clear from the very start of the insight and was evident from the insights shared by employees.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it very much, to the full extent! All the sessions were incredibly helpful and I learnt many new skills and was able to apply them in a practical team session when presenting a case study, something I was not very experienced in doing. I am grateful to have been given this opportunity and had a great experience.
