Overview
The insight week took place virtually over Microsoft Teams, where we were given a case study to review in a team. We then presented our findings to senior members of Deloitte staff on day two. Throughout the program, there were multiple talks from Deloitte employees which gave us an insight into what they do at Deloitte, as well as the different networks available to employees.
Skills
I developed my public speaking and presentation skills, as well as my analytical skills through the case study. I developed my ability to absorb multiple pieces of information quickly, as well as my attention to detail.
Business Insight
It was helpful to gain a deeper understanding of Audit & Tax, as well as all the different roles throughout these two business areas. There was also a lot of information given on Deloitte as a company, which helped my general understanding of large accounting firms.
Culture
The company culture was extremely positive, with all employees being friendly and open to questions. We were also given a lot of information on the diverse networks available at Deloitte.

I enjoyed the insight as it was a very positive look into the company and Audit & Tax as business areas.
