Introduction into the various programmes at Fidelity, including Equity Research, Fixed Income, Multi Asset, and others. The spring week also included challenges relevant to the programmes.

I developed a holistic understanding about what Fidelity does. Completing the challenges developed my insights into the type of work done at Fidelity.
