The Role
Great learning the ropes at the start but got repetitive and boring towards the end
My colleagues were very welcoming and made me feel very much like a part of the team.
I changed my working arrangement mid way through the year and they helped me and coped with it.
Sometimes too busy, sometimes nothing and bored.
I handled a lot of projects and worked on my own on tasks, I was trusted as a team member.
It supplied me with skills that I would otherwise not have learned in my degree, soft skills.
The Company
There were a large amount of ITs so had a very 'studenty' feel.
Entered my job and continued seamlessly from then.
They supply free online training courses, however apart from that and working on your own accord there was no paid for accreditation or training
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I decided that working for a large company is not for me and the job is not something I want to do in the future
The Culture
There were a lot of friendly placement students.
High amount of socialising, cost of living was moderate.
Very good.
Yes, there were many sports clubs, such as 5 a side football, cricket, tennis..
