I wasn't given that much responsibility as i was just liaising with people over the phone, but the company gave me the freedom to handle my job role as i wanted and what worked best for me.

The Company
Everyone got on really well, it was a shame that most of their business was over the phone, with the recruitment consultants calling graduates and the marketing department working online. Aside from this, everyone was extremely friendly.
